On August 4th, The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart debuted on Prime Video and immediately won over the hearts of its fans. Sigourney Weaver, a seasoned performer in the industry, and Alycia Debnam-Carey, a relative newcomer to the spotlight, both appear in the series.
The drama, adapted from Holly Ringland’s book of the same name, follows Alice, who has been rendered silent by trauma, as she moves home with her grandmother June on a flower farm. Let’s go on a trip behind the scenes of the TV series to check out the places where The Lost Flowers Of Alice Hart were filmed.
Where Is The Lost Flowers Of Alice Hart Filmed?
The events of The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart happen in the gorgeous parts of New South Wales and the Northern Territory in Australia.

Hunter Valley
The farmhouse in Thornfield, a fictional place called Agnes Bluff, and the many landscapes and towns in the show make for great filming spots. Thornfield, a farm full of wildflowers and just for women near Scone and Murrurundi, is actually the old Bickham farmhouse in Blandford, in the Hunter Valley.
Scone
The made-up towns of Wyuna and Thornfield are made better with real places from New South Wales like Scone, Picton, and Bargo. Scone’s New England Highway, where the real Durham Hotel is near Wingen, is a big deal in the story.
Clarence River Delta
Coldstream Street’s Ulmarra Food Co. coffee cafe shows the outside of Wyuna Public Library in a cool way. Around 300 kilometers south of Brisbane, in New South Wales’ Clarence River Delta, you’ll find other communities like Grafton and Yamba that are important homes for lots of animals. They add some charm to the show. The awesome Yamba beach spots really make the show look good.
Cobbitty
They also filmed some scenes in Cobbitty’s Saint Paul’s Anglican Church. About an hour’s drive from Sydney, Cobbitty is another little town in the Macarthur district.
Alice Springs
As shown in Episode 4’s ‘River Lily,’ Alice goes to Agnes Bluff, a fictional village that’s the entrance to the park. Alice Springs serves as both Agnes Bluff and the geographic center of Australia.
Sydney
Sally and John’s nice beach house in Sydney is right on Avalon Beach in a wooden cottage.
